In case you missed it: last year, we set a baseline for salary norms across engineering teams where we researched average pay, structural complexity, and more.

The “tech reset” we are experiencing continues to impact company valuations, share values, and exit opportunities. This makes efficiency one of the most critical topics for today’s engineering leaders.

In light of this, this year's survey covers not only compensation, but also: average job tenure, attrition, and the key drivers behind them.
